Peter

(2009)

Peter, Verb, Fade. ‘Peter’ was a my final project of University in which I wrote my own brief. I used this opportunity to really explore my true personal style, ideas and interests to create something different.

From my research, I created an ‘ephemeral magazine’, echoing the ephemeral nature of fashion. The pages of which are printed on light sensitive paper – once removed from it’s protective packaging, will fade to black within a few hours. The reader has a short amount of time in which to experience the magazine, in a way – experiencing something that never truly existed.

The Bakery

(2008)

The Bakery was a corporate identity for a new design company called ‘The Bakery’. Working in a team of three, we each designed posters, flyers, leaflets, business cards and a web site to promote the new design company.

For an edited version of our website, designed and coded by me, including the graphics I created for ‘The Bakery’ Click here.

Fantastic Man

(2007)

A silk screened poster capturing the essence of magazine ‘Fantastic Man’ using only two colours black and silver. The subtlety of the silver on the black created a haunting appearance.

Metropolis

(2007)

There are several different printing methods used here. The poster itself is screen printed using 2 layers and 3 colours, Orange, bubblegum pink and light pink.
A Japanese calligraphy pen for the display text, an ink jet printer was used for the body text, which was then stuck on with masking tape creating a ghostly text effect.
